Comfortable and breathable. Snap closure on the waist so not a lot of stretch. Recommend sizing up as others have stated.

These shoes are so comfortable! Ive had a hard time finding shoes that I could use for at-home workouts, hiking and running that were in my budget. They fit perfect and are super comfortable. And for an unbelievable price!!
