It feels like you are wearing a sock when you put them on. It is a fabric that stretches when you put it on so the shoes conform to your feet. You would think that it wouldn’t offer much support but I have never had the shoes become loose.

I heard that these shoes are great for running outside or around the track and for casual weight lifting. I have tried many different shoes including Nike shoes and these are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.
