These shoes always run a little tight in the toes that is my only suggestion for people if you like a little more wiggle room go a 1/2 size bigger.

these are awesome shoes. I always found trainer shoes too heavy so opted for these...they are awesome. my feet dont get tired. I feel the size is true to fit. I didnt need to buy a 1/2 size up for forward movement.

These are great for combat class, because they mould your foot and breath they are very comfortable, especially as you are moving your feet for a full hour
